The studio rate is $350 per day. A normal day usually lasts about ten hours. We encourage clients and engineers to establish what a "day" means before sessions start. Judgment and listening ability fade rapidly when clients and engineers are exhausted; settling on a working schedule beforehand helps keep everyone focused and fully involved.

Studio rates do not include the rates of the sound engineer you will work with. If you are not bringing an engineer with you we can provide you with a list of people who work regularly out of the studio and can be contacted directly for their rates and availability.

We charge by the day to keep the clock from influencing the choices made during a project. We also realize that not all projects work on a day-based schedule, so feel free to contact us for hourly rates.

Booking and Payment

A deposit equal to half the cost of the total amount of time you wish to book is required to reserve time at the studio. All deposits are non-refundable.

Full payment is expected at the end of a session. If you are coming from outside the U.S. or if someone else is paying for your recording, full payment for the entire session is due prior to the start date. We accept cash, checks, wire transfers, Visa and Mastercard.
